I lost 1 pound this week. That brings my total to 12 (hell yes!). A slower week, but a mark in the win column for me. I’m shooting for two pounds this week.
My husband and I haven’t gone out for New Year’s Eve since our first son was born in ‘05. I’ve always made a point to at least turn on the tv and watch the ball drop at midnight but last night was a first. I actually missed seeing the ball drop last night because I was working on a video of family photos from 2009 (you can watch it on my other blog growingodoms.com).
I had a blast pouring through old photos and collecting my favorites. There are a bunch I didn’t include. Not because I’m embarrassed, well actually yes because I’m embarrassed. The photos of me at the beach are just not attractive. I had fun with my sons, but I don’t see myself as that person and that’s why I need to change. I’m planning to start adding photos to my progress page. For now I’m just tracking my weekly weight loss. I have three weeks under my belt and even though I’m no where near my goal it feels good to know that I’m on my way.
